Police are asking for the public's help in locating a Mission woman who has gone missing from an Abbotsford health facility. Debra Lypchuk, 50, was reported missing at about 10 p.m. on Thursday. Police and medical staff conducted extensive searches of the building, the grounds, neighbouring areas and places Lypchuk had been known to attend.
She is described as Caucasian, five feet tall, 200 pounds with light brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing purple tights. No other clothing description or a photo were available.
Police advise that Lypchuk was receiving treatment at the facility and might be agitated due to a lack of medication. Anyone with information is asked to call the Abbotsford Police Department at 604-859-5225.
